Turkey 'Peking Duck' Style

Serves 4

  • 500g cooked turkey meat
  • 3 tbs soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
  • 1 1/2 tbs rice vinigar or 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs Hoi Sen or peking duck sauce
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 3 tbs chicken or turkey stock
  • 2 tbs oil

** Important **

When using fresh vegetables and herbs, make sure they are washed thoroughly and drained.

Shred the turkey meat thinly. Marinate with all the above ingredients for 1 hour or more. Stir before using. Heat oil in a wok or a pan, stir fry the meat in two batches only for a few minutes till it starts sizzling. Serve wraped with chinese pan cakes, sliced spring onions, sliced cucumber,and pecking duck sauce.
